Return Policy

Jimmys Western Wear accepts items returned for refund within 15 days of purchase with some exceptions.  Products returned after 15 days will be refunded by E-gift card.  All return items must be new and show no noticeable use or wear and must be in the original box including all parts, accessories, and packaging.
